NVA, a public arts charity is hoping to raise millions of pounds over the coming years to help save an a-listed building that used to be a training college for priests, but has not been used since the 80's.
The Catholic Church for St Peter's Seminary in Cardross, Argyll and Bute, was originally built in the 1960's by Glasgow architects Gillespie, Kidd and Cola and is recognised by its ditinctive zig-zag design.
The charity has already received £100,000 from Creative Scotland's National Lottery Fund, however they still need to raise £2m by 2013.
NVA aim to gradually restore part of the seminary and use it as an art space.
