Neighbourhood Networks in Lochgilphead is a charity for people with learning disabilities that helps vulnerable adults live independently in the community and they are planning to take action against Argyll and Bute Council.
The council has decided to withdraw funding saying that the charity does not meet its care provisions. The charity claim that they were not consulted about the decision to withdraw funding and are now requesting a judicial review of the decision.
